• Starting nightly rates to extend past the 3 days included: $1,000/night (off season) | $2,000/night (peak season)

• Guests handle all decor, setup, event coordination, and cleanup

Guest responsibilities

• Setup and styling of ceremony/reception

• Coordination of vendors (catering, officiant, music, etc.)

• Post-event cleanup (property should be returned to the condition at check-in)

• Tables and chairs for up to 50 guests (guests set up and take down themselves)

• Floral/feather table arrangements and select decor provided (guests setup and take down themselves)

• Selfie station for ceremony and reception - Carillon Beach Villas will set this up and take this down- you will receive all your pictures immediately after your event.

• Accommodation for up to 27 guests

• Tables and chairs for up to 75 guests- more is available upon request

• Beach altar and ceremony setup

• Photography Package 3

• Comprehensive event planning support, including vendor management

• Wedding day planner (on-site for the ceremony)

• Upscale centerpieces and wedding decor

• Selfie station available for the full week and will be set up upon request (props, backdrop, basic attendant)
