2. Event Planning: Dedicated coordinators to assist in planning weddings, retreats, and special events, providing personalized support throughout the process.

3. Photography Packages: Professional photography services to capture your special moments in stunning detail, tailored to suit your individual needs.

4. Outdoor Amenities: Access to a full-size pool, a playground for children, putting area, outdoor kitchen, and multiple patios for relaxation and entertainment.

  • Carillon Beach Villas, located in the scenic Panama City Beach, is a charming boutique vacation venue that promises a unique getaway experience. Featuring two separate houses, this remarkable property can comfortably host up to four families, sleeping up to 27 people if beds are shared. The villas are thoughtfully designed for large groups, sports teams, or extended family gatherings, with no stairs to navigate, making it accessible for all generations.

    Guests can enjoy a wealth of amenities, including a fantastic playground for children, a putting area for golf enthusiasts, and an outdoor kitchen perfect for al fresco dining. That means, if you need to change your date due to not being able to make your reservation or your wedding date needs to be changed, we will change it to a date we have available that is comparable to the season, we can even move your date to the next year, we understand things happen.

    Guest responsibilities

    • Guests handle any decor, Outside vendor management, vendor payments, and coordination not covered by Carillon Beach Villas

    • Guests set up, take down, and clean up after event and return the property to the exact condition it was presented to them in.

    • This package is largely DIY, Guests rent the space and do set up and decor themselves, we will have multiple calls before you arrive that will be scheduled to discuss standards, expectations, timing, and placement.

    Notes

    1. Bartender is available for $375/night for a 5hr span- Alcohol, equipment, and clean up is guests responsibility,

    2. Carillon beach villas has a Mini Bar Set up that can be used, would just need to be requested at least a week before day of it being used.

    3. Adding set up, take down and cleanup for the day is $1,000.00
